When the sky turns grey and it starts raining, it doesn’t mean that it is gonna be a bad day for visiting Paris. In this immense city, hidden places are still waiting for you to explore. Around Grands Boulevards area, there are 3 hidden ancient shopping passages which are next to each other. You will forget busy life and start to enjoy slow life once you take a walk in these charming passages.

1. Passage Verdeau

Among 3 passages, it is the smallest one. The most unique part of it is the ancient book stores that bring out the charm of this passage. I’ve got a feeling of Paris 50 years ago.

2. Passage Jouffroy

This passage consists of various kinds of shops, book stores, souvenir shops, dessert shops, art shop…etc, and also the Musée Grévin. It is opposite to Passage Verdeau. Mostly, it is expensive to buy things in there, but the most interesting thing is the book stores that always have many books on sale!

3. Passage des Panoramas

Plenty of restaurants and bars with reasonable price are situed in this passage. Lights of lamps and vintage signs of shops along the way make this place unique and amazing! No doubt, it is my most favorite covered passage! A cup of coffee or tea in there can make your day. From outside, it does not look more interesting than the others, but once when i was inside, it totally amazed me!
